LV Construction supported the development of the new Tesco Express at Speedwell in Bristol, delivering the civil engineering and groundwork elements required to prepare the site for its new commercial use.

The works involved site preparation, drainage and below-ground infrastructure, service and utility preparation, formation works and external areas surrounding the development.

Working within an established urban location required careful coordination of access, logistics and programme sequencing. LV worked closely with the wider project team to ensure the groundwork and infrastructure package progressed efficiently and provided a suitable platform for subsequent construction and fit-out works.

The completed works helped create a durable and functional external environment capable of supporting customer traffic, deliveries and the day-to-day requirements of the new retail store.
